Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Refund Policy for Booking Classes

 

  • More than 24 hours before the booking: Full refund.

  • 24 hours or less before the booking: A charge of £5.00 will be applied to cover the rent of the sports hall.

Additional Policies:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Cancellations must be made through the official booking platform or by contacting customer support.

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Delivery and Shipping Policy for Products and Merchandise

We are using Print On Demand Company printful and bend it based on Printful's standard policies:

  • Fulfillment Time: It takes 2-5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • USA: 3-4 business days

    • Europe: 6-8 business days

    • Australia: 2-14 business days

    • Japan: 4-8 business days

    • International: 10-20 business days.

Additional Policies:

  • Orders will be shipped from the facility that can fulfill them most efficiently.

  • Customers will receive a tracking link via email once their order ships out.

  • Customs and tax fees may apply to international orders and are assessed by the local customs office.

  • If an order is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact customer support with their order number and photos of the damaged product.

 

Return Policy for Merchandise

Based on Printful's standard policies:

  • Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • Packages Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to Printful's facility. Reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed shipments are returned to Printful's facility and will be donated to charity after 30 days.

  • Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse: Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, and size exchanges are at the customer's expense and discretion.
